First of all, I thank you with all my heart for taking out time to be a part of my journey. Your support, your encouragement and your love is what keeps me going.
I believe that self-expression is essential. It helps us not only to connect to people but also to grow intellectually. And writing, undoubtedly, proves to be a remarkable medium for manifesting one’s thoughts and opinions, especially to people who are timid and reserved, like me.
In my journey of self-expression, I will put forth my thoughts in the form of microtales, shayaris, musings, poems and write-ups written in one of these three languages: English, Hindi and French. I have been learning English and Hindi as a part of my curriculum since my childhood. As regards French, it’s been 4 years since I familiarized myself with this beautiful language.
Now, I am pretty sure that you still have certain questions in mind. For instance, Why did she start this blog in the first place? What does the name “Chrysalising” signify? Why did she choose this name? Well, you can find out the reason for commencing my own blog here. Apropos of the name, it has a metaphorical significance attached to it.
Chrysalis merely refers to the pupa of a butterfly. However, it additionally denotes a state of transformation, a transformation to something better, something mature. This was why the name “Chrysalising” seemed appropriate for my blog as I believe that I am unquestionably in a state of transformation; from a chrysalis to a butterfly. And I’m grateful to have you in my journey of transformation.

Tout d’abord, je voudrais vous remercier de tout cœur de faire partie de ma nouvelle aventure. C’est votre soutien, votre encouragement et votre amour qui me font persévérer quoi qu’il arrive.
Je crois que l’expression de soi est quelque chose de très important. Cela nous aide à non seulement nous connecter avec les gens, mais aussi à nous développer intellectuellement. Et écrire s’avère être, sans doute, un moyen excellent afin de s’exprimer, surtout pour les gens timides comme moi.
Alors, sur ce blog, je m’exprimerai en microtales, shayaris, musings, poèmes et articles écrits en une de ces trois langues: l’anglais, l’hindi et le français. J’ai commencé à apprendre l’anglais et l’hindi à l’école maternelle et je continue à l’apprendre à l’université jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Quant au français, je l’apprends depuis quatre ans.
Maintenant, je suis sûre qu’il y a toujours certaines questions qui viennent à l’esprit. Par exemple, Pourquoi a-t-elle commencé à écrire ce blog ? Que signifie le nom « Chrysalising » ? Pourquoi a-t-elle choisi ce nom-là ? Vous pouvez, en fait, lire la raison d’amorcer ce blog ici. En ce qui concerne le nom, il y a une signification métaphorique derrière.
« Chrysalis », en anglais, signifie la pupe d’un papillon. Cependant, cela se réfère également à un état de transformation. C’est pourquoi le nom « Chrysalising » me semblait parfait pour mon blog, car je crois que je suis indiscutablement dans un état de transformation; d’une chrysalide à un papillon. Et je vous suis reconnaissante de faire partie de cette transformation.
